Monday 5:45 PM to 6:45 PM or 7 PM to 8 PM
Wednesday 5:45 PM to 6:45 PM
Thursday 5:45 PM to 6:45 PM or 7 PM to 8 PM
8 sessions starting the week of January 26, 2026
