WHAT IT IS: Intermediate trampoline class
AGE: Ages 6 and up
SCHEDULE:
Wednesday 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM
Spring 2025
8 weeks from April 6 to May 31, 2025 (classes are held on Easter weekend and Victoria Day weekend)
COURSE DESCRIPTION: In addition to perfecting basic jumps, this course focuses on teaching front and back somersaults and their various progressions.
PREREQUISITES: Beginner level trampoline class: Champions Level 1, other gymnastics class, or HV1 certification at O-volt.
