COURSE DESCRIPTION: Expert class, supervised by a coach, but focused on developing personal goals, including the creation of wall tricks and parkour. This class is an opportunity to perform double twists and double flips, as well as specialized flip sequences, while using walls and obstacles.
PREREQUISITES: Advanced trampoline class (Baranis level 3) or evaluation during open house days.
