WHAT IT IS: Intermediate Trampoline Course
AGE: 6 to 15 years old
GROUP: Maximum 6 people
SCHEDULE: 8-week session
Monday from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Classes start from September 21 until November 9
Thursday from 7:00 PM TO 8:00 PM
Classes start from September 24 until November 12
PRICE: $168 + tax
COURSE DESCRIPTION: In addition to perfecting basic jumps, this course focuses on teaching front and back flips and their various progressions.
PREREQUISITES: Beginner level trampoline course: Champions Level 1, other gymnastics course, or HV1 certification at O-volt.
