Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes
Spring 2025
8 weeks from April 6 to May 31, 2025 (classes take place on Easter weekend and Victoria Day weekend)
COURSE DESCRIPTION: Depending on the participants’ goals, the course aims to teach specialized twists and somersaults, as well as the beginning of transitions between somersaults.
PREREQUISITES: Intermediate trampoline course (Saltos level 2) or assessment during open house days.
