Wednesday 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM

Spring 2025
8 weeks from April 6 to May 31, 2025 (classes take place on Easter weekend and Victoria Day weekend)

COURSE DESCRIPTION: In addition to perfecting basic jumps, this course focuses on teaching front and back flips and their various progressions.

PREREQUISITES: Beginner level trampoline course: Champions level 1, other gymnastics course, or HV1 certification at O-volt.
