WHAT IT IS: Intermediate Trampoline Class
AGE: From 6 years old
SCHEDULE:
Thursday, 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
6-week session, from October 20 to November 27, 2025
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
In addition to improving basic jumps, this course focuses on teaching front and back flips, along with various
progressions for those skills.
PREREQUISITES:
Beginner-level trampoline class: Champions Level 1, another gymnastics course, or HV1 certification at O-Volt.
