WHAT: Intermediate Trampoline Class
AGE: Ages 6 and up
SCHEDULE:
Monday, 6:45 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.
8-week session, September 14 through November 2, 2026
COURSE DESCRIPTION: In addition to refining basic jumps, this course focuses on teaching front and back flips and their various variations.
PREREQUISITES: Beginner-level trampoline course: Champions Level 1, another gymnastics course, or HV1 certification from O-volt.
