WHAT IT IS: Expert Trampoline Class
AGE: 6 years and up
GROUP: 8 people maximum
SCHEDULE:
Thursday from 7 PM to 8:30 PM
8-week duration / classes start the week of January 20 (No classes during spring break)
PRICE: $180+tax
COURSE DESCRIPTION:Supervised training focused on developing personal goals and sharing knowledge among participants to reach a higher level on trampolines. This course is an opportunity to perform double twists, double somersaults, and sequences of specialized somersaults while using walls and obstacles.
PREREQUISITES: Advanced trampoline course (Baranis Level 3) or evaluation during open house days
