Description
WHAT IT IS: Expert trampoline course AGE: from 8 years old GROUP: 8 people maximum SCHEDULE: Wednesdays 7:30 to 9:00 pm DURATION: 1.5h 8 weeks starting the week of September 16, 2024 COURSE DESCRIPTION: Expert course, supervised by a trainer, but focused on the development of personal goals including the creation of wall figures and parkour. This course is an opportunity to perform double twists and double saltos as well as specialized saltos using walls and obstacles. PREREQUISITE: Advanced trampoline course (Baranis level 3) or assessment at open days.
