AGE: 8 years and up
GROUP: 8 people maximum
SCHEDULE:
Thursday from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM
Duration: 1.5 hours
8 weeks starting Thursday, January 30, 2025
COURSE DESCRIPTION: Expert course, supervised by a trainer, but focused on developing personal goals including wall tricks and parkour. This course is an opportunity to perform double twists and double somersaults as well as sequences of specialized somersaults while using walls and obstacles.
PREREQUISITES: Advanced trampoline course (successful completion of Baranis course) or back twist.
