WHAT IT IS: Intermediate trampoline course AGE: from 6 years old SCHEDULE: Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. or Tuesday, Thursday from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. 8 weeks starting the week of September 16, 2024 COURSE DESCRIPTION: In addition to perfecting basic jumps, this course focuses on teaching front and back somersaults and their various progressions. PREREQUISITE: Beginner trampoline course: Champions level 1, other gymnastics course, or HV1 certification from O-volt.
