SCHEDULE:
Monday 5:45 PM to 6:45 PM
Spring 2025
8 weeks from April 6 to May 31, 2025 (classes are held on Easter weekend and Victoria Day)
PRICE: $160 + tax
COURSE DESCRIPTION: A mix of parkour, gymnastics, and martial arts, designed to develop the skills required to overcome “Ninja Warrior” type obstacles. By the end of this course, the participant will have improved their speed, agility, and balance, essential qualities for practicing this sport!
